tape backup을 위한 명령어라서 tape 장치에 쓴다. 파일에 쓰라고 하는 옵션이 -f -f, --file=ARCHIVE use archive file or device ARCHIVE -p, --same-permissions--same-owner try extracting files with the same ownership as exists in the archive (default for superuser)
